Tip #1 – Apply a sunscreen SPF of 15 or higher when you are going outside. Wrinkle repairs cannot take place if your face is constantly getting damaged by the sun. You need to protect your skin from damage and even apply it before you go to bed.
Tip #2 – Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day and avoid alcohol. Dehydration is one of the biggest causes of aging skin. If your body is not getting enough water, it will hold onto everything you drink and this leads to dry skin in the long run.

Tip #5 – Eat foods that have a lot of antioxidants in them. Antioxidants will help your body get rid of toxins and this helps keep the skin free from damage.
Tip #6 – If you have wrinkles, use Botox or a chemical peel to smooth the skin out. This won’t reverse aging but it can make you look better until you decide on more invasive procedures.
Tip #7 – Eat foods that are rich in collagen and vitamins A, C, and E. These two nutrients help the body regenerate new skin cells and keep them healthy.
